I got upgraded to a really nice premium queen room with a super handy bedside lamp. It was awesome to have central heating, a work desk, and a television right there 😊.

The hotel sevice was excellent. However the weather was very hot and the air conditioning in the public rooms was not being used. The air conditioning in the room occupied by our friends was difficult to control. Overall, this is a good class 4 star hotel well placed for the town of Olula del Rio and the surrounding spectacular countryside.

They keep this place clean, offer a warm welcome, have amazing staff, comfortable double rooms with bathrooms and stone floors, along with cozy bedside lamps, and their restaurant serves delicious meals.

We have stayed at this hotel before, and although there was some building work going on this time, it did not inconvenience us at all. The staff were very friendly and the hotel clean and tidy and the location was good.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable room and excellent service. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy parking and a beautiful garden. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
The morning meal could have been improved with hotter items on the breakfast buffet.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is conveniently located at the very entrance of the town, making it easy for us to explore the area. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a sitting area where we could relax after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was also a good size and had a great shower. We appreciated the amenities such as the TV and small fridge in the room.
